What if tomorrow it rains

What if tomorrow it rains and it washes away your skin

What if it melts your eyes and your nose begins to rust

What if tomorrow I can’t remember who you are

What if tomorrow the sun takes out his anger on us and it blinds us

Will it matter

Have we been blind all along

What if fireflies steal your light and they die

Will it matter

That memories die young anyway
